April 15 I Just Don't Get SausageI'm just not a sausage person. xia-nervosa/ I've been reading about primal nutrition, and the benefits of loading my meals up with meats and protein, but sausage just doesn't work for me. It never has. Why can't we eat fish for breakfast? Is that too weird? I know locks is common, but locks always seems to go with bagels (bagels being carby death). How about some plain old grilled salmon or tilapia for breakfast? What's wrong with that? Maybe I'm giving sausage a hard time. I had to eat sausage most every day as a little girl, and I hated it! My mother cooked the worst sausage, god knows what was inside of those links, but it wasn't 100% beef. Or pork for that matter. On a different note, I'd like to talk a bit about orthorexia. Orthorexia is basically being "too healthy." It's an eating disorder where people are so concerned about eating correctly that they end up hurting themselves. Learn a bit about it, as it seems dangerous. Also, I've been getting into peoplesearch recently. Unfortunately, most of my friends aren't on the internet!
