    Cutting out the Junk Foods

The grocery store can be so confusing sometimes.

It seems more and more foods on the shelf at my local Albertson's grocery are "healthy" or "nutritious," but after I spend a bit of time reading the labels, I realize these are just the same old foods I always walk past, but some honcho up at the top of the marketing company has decided more products will sell if a little picture of a heart or a sillhouette of a healthy runner is stuck to the outside of the packaging.

This is grievious, I remember the days where the only frozen food out there was peas and something was healthy if it helped you bulk up!

Ah well, I must be getting old.

Check out this best multivitamin link to a post about health and nutrition. Then visit this website about the benefits of vitamins. Okay, I'm done until next month!
